How to Purchase​

  1. Log into your XTranslator account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
  3. Click Purchase Flex Credits
  4. Select your package
  5. Complete payment
  6. Credits are added instantly

How Flex Credits Are Used​

Credits are consumed in this order:

  1. Monthly subscription credits first
  2. Flex credits second (when monthly credits run out)

This ensures you maximize your subscription value.

Flex Credits vs. Upgrading​

Choose Flex Credits when:

  • You need extra credits for a one-time project
  • Your usage spike is temporary
  • You don't want a higher monthly commitment

Choose Plan Upgrade when:

Checking Your Balance​

View both monthly and Flex credit balances:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Billing
  2. See Credit Balance section
    • Monthly Credits: Renews on billing cycle
    • Flex Credits: Never expires
