Manage your XTranslator subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.

Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade

  1. Log into your XTranslator account
  2. Go to Account SettingsBilling
  3. Click Upgrade Plan
  4. Select your new plan
  5. Confirm payment

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • New plan takes effect immediately
  • You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Higher credit limits apply right away
  • All features of the new plan are instantly available

Downgrading Your Plan

How to Downgrade

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account SettingsBilling
  3. Click Change Plan
  4. Select a lower-tier plan
  5. Confirm the change

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • Change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You keep current plan benefits until cycle ends
  • No refunds for unused portion of current cycle
  • Lower credit limits apply from next billing cycle

Canceling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account SettingsBilling
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Subscription remains active until end of current billing period
  • You keep all paid features until that date
  • No further charges
  • Account reverts to Free plan automatically
  • Unused monthly credits are lost (Flex credits remain)
  • You can reactivate anytime

Billing Cycle

Understanding Your Billing Date

  • Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe
  • Charges occur monthly on the same date
  • View your next billing date in Account SettingsBilling

Changing Billing Date

Currently not available. The billing date is set when you first subscribe.

Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal (coming soon)

Updating Payment Information

  1. Go to Account SettingsBilling
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for partial month usage
  • Downgrades/cancellations take effect at cycle end
  • Flex credits are non-refundable
  • Contact support for exceptional circumstances

Billing History

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Account SettingsBilling
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download or view invoices

All invoices are sent to your account email automatically.
