Available Domains
General
- Best for: Everyday content, casual communication, general topics
- Use cases: Personal messages, emails, general web content
- Default option for most translations
Legal
- Best for: Contracts, legal documents, terms of service
- Use cases: Legal agreements, court documents, compliance materials
- Features: Preserves legal terminology, formal tone
Medical
- Best for: Healthcare documents, medical reports, patient information
- Use cases: Medical records, prescriptions, clinical studies
- Features: Accurate medical terminology, technical precision
Politics
- Best for: Government communications, public policy, international relations
- Use cases: Government statements, policy documents, public sector content
Financial
- Best for: Finance and accounting content

How to Select a Domain
For Text Translation
- Enter your text in the translation box
- Click the Domain dropdown
- Select the most appropriate domain
- Proceed with translation
For Document Translation
- Upload your document
- In the translation settings, find Domain
- Choose the relevant domain
- Start translation
For Image/Audio Translation
Domain selection is available for image and audio translations. The selected domain is sent with the translation request and influences terminology.
Impact on Translation Quality
Choosing the right domain can:
